<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an allele-specific primer whose pseudo-positive possibility is extremely low and which can accurately discriminate SNP(single nucleotide polymorphism), when a base just adjacent to the 3'-side of a target SNP base is G and when a base adjacent to more one base is G. <P>SOLUTION: The 3'-terminal base is an SNP-corresponding base. The second base from the 3'-terminal is T or G, and the third base from the 3'-terminal is either T or G. A base sequence from the fourth base of the 3'-terminal to the base of the 5'-terminal is designed complementarily to a sequence from the three base-adjacent base on the 3'-side from the target SNP base to a desired base. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
