<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent abnormal vibration and abnormal sound, by preventing that an acoustic board for producing sound by vibration, and an attaching member for the acoustic board, collide each other. <P>SOLUTION: In the musical sound device, a rear joining sheet 5 and front joining sheet 7 which are softer than the acoustic board 1 having no characteristic frequency, are joined on both faces of the acoustic board 1 for producing sound, and the rear joining sheet 5, a rear attaching fixture 3 which is harder than the front joining sheet 7, and a front attaching fixture 9 are joined on both external faces, and the rear attaching fixture 3 and the front attaching fixture 9 are connected and held by connection screws 13, 13.
