PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a chance for effectively treating dementia conventionally having no effective treatment method.

SOLUTION: Oxygen or an oxygen enriched gas to be inhaled under a normal pressure is continuously administered to a patient in the long term so as to prevent or ameliorate the progress of pathological condition of dementia. The dementia treatment system 1 determines the optimal oxygen prescription amount in response to the exercise amount of an individual patient and supplies the optimal oxygen flow rate in response to the exercise amount of a patient as a prescription in performing a treatment by having a function of measuring blood oxygen saturation by a portable oxygen concentrator 2 and a function of measuring the exercise amount of a patient from the rotation speed of a rotating wheel part 2-3.
