<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To accurately detect a target by suppressing meteorological clutter sufficiently, even if return occurs in a distance or Doppler velocity. <P>SOLUTION: In this device provided with a velocity return correction processing part 12 for correcting the Doppler velocity return at a discontinuously changing point if the Doppler velocity calculated by a Doppler velocity calculation part has the discontinuously changing point, and a Doppler velocity space smoothing processing part 14 for smoothing the Doppler velocity in the space direction, a filter setting part 15 sets a band limit filter for suppressing a signal component of the smoothed Doppler velocity, and a clutter suppression filter processing part 16 suppresses an unnecessary signal component included in a received signal by using the band limit filter. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT</p> |
