PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To search a comfortable traveling route considering driving difficulty level corresponding to a driver regardless of the existence of traveling experience. SOLUTION: A route searching device comprises: measuring biological information (heartbeat or the like) when a vehicle passes a generation spot of a prescribed event (right and left turning or the like); increasing a weak cost corresponding to a relevant event in a cost setting table when an abnormal state is detected from the biological information; decreasing the weak cost corresponding to the relevant event when the abnormal state is not detected from the biological information; updating the cost setting table in the above way; and calculating to modify a cost in a section in which the event exists by using the cost setting table when calculating the cost for searching a route in the case that the route is searched.
