PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To equip a temperature sensor for measuring the temperature of a gas, to convert used volume flow rate into mass flow rate, and to estimate cylinder residual amount. SOLUTION: This gas flow measuring instrument is provided with a flow measuring part for measuring the gas flow rate delivered out from a cylinder, the temperature sensor for detecting the temperature of the gas, a display part 4 for displaying the gas flow rate measured by the flow measuring part, and a computing part for converting the measured flow rate into mass. The volume flow rate is converted into mass flow rate, based on the volume flow rate measured by the flow measuring part, and into the output value from the temperature sensor for measuring the temperature of the fluid.
