PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bathroom heating drying machine with performance not affected by noise or vibration or the like due to construction. SOLUTION: In a bathroom heating drying machine body 8 provided with a flange 7, the bathroom heating drying machine body 8 is inserted from a lower side of a ceiling opening 6 of a bathroom ceiling face 5. Fixing of the bathroom heating drying machine body 8 is carried out with the flange 7 of the bathroom heating drying machine body 8 in a horizontal and not contacting state with respect to the bathroom ceiling face 5. By carrying out sealing between the bathroom ceiling face 5 and the flange 7 after carrying out the fixing of the bathroom heating drying machine body 8, propagation to the bathroom ceiling face of vibration generated by turning of a circulating fan 12 or the like of the bathroom heating drying machine body 8 can be reduced, and dispersion of vibration propagation due to construction can be reduced.
