PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat exchanger capable of preventing clogging of fine fluid flow channels with a brazing filler metal caused by flowing of excess molten brazing filler metal. SOLUTION: In this heat exchanger constituted by alternately stacking a number of tube elements 3 incorporating corrugated inner fins 17 forming a number of fine fluid flow channels by joining corrugated top portions 17A to an inner face of a tube material 7, and a number of outer fins 5 joined to outer faces of the tube elements 3 in an internal flow channel of the tube material 7, and joining the tube material 7 and the corrugated inner fin 17 constituting the tube element 3, and the tube elements 3 and the outer fins 5 to each other by brazing, a blocking portion 35 for blocking the flow of the molten brazing filler metal flowing along a joining part of the corrugated top portions 17A, is formed on an end portion along the longitudinal direction of the corrugated top portions 17A of the corrugated inner fins 17.
