PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicular wheel parking brake device capable of stopping a vehicle just started to travel without returning to a driver's seat during the time when a driver leaves the driver's seat. SOLUTION: The parking brake device is provided with a brake chamber 14 for releasing or operating a wheel parking brake 26 by supplying or discharging the compressed air to/from a compressed air supply/discharge chamber 19a, a parking brake relay valve 16 for supplying or discharging the compressed air to/from the compressed air supply/discharge chamber 19a, and a parking brake control valve 17 for supplying/discharging the compressed air to/from a signal pressure chamber 27c when a driver operates to release or operate the parking brake. A compressed air discharge valve 51 is provided in a second connection pipe 12 so as to shut the second connection pipe 12 when it is operated during the time when the wheel parking brake 26 is released and while to discharge the compressed air supplied to the signal pressure chamber 27c from the signal pressure chamber 27c, and an operating means 53 structured to operate the compressed air discharge valve 51 with operation by the driver is provided outside the vehicle 10.
