<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cutter for food gel formed body, using at the same time a cutting means for cutting the food gel formed body into gelidium jelly-like bodies and a cutting means for cutting the same into columnar bodies such as die-like bodies, and reduced in size. <P>SOLUTION: This cutter for cutting plate-like vegetable gelatin gel formed body made of vegetable gelatin and having a predetermined thickness is provided with a first cutting means for pressing the side of the vegetable gelatin gel formed body to a first cutting member 60 and thrusting out the vegetable gelatin gel formed body in the gelidium jelly-like bodies and a second cutting means for pressing the base of the vegetable gelatin gel formed body to a second cutting member 56 and thrusting out the vegetable gelatin gel formed body in the die-like bodies. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
