PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve security of radio communication which is performed using a common key. SOLUTION: In a terminal device 1 capable of performing communication by connecting to a first communication network 4 where communication is performed using the common key and a second communication network 5 different therefrom, a plurality of common keys are prepared. By having a correlative relation between the common keys and a reception electric field relating to the communication with the second communication network 5, improvement in security during radio communication with the first communication network 4 is attained.
