PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a switching power supply in which a switch element stably oscillates irrespective of an output voltage. SOLUTION: In a power supply circuit which comprises the switch element 2, converts a power supply voltage from a DC power supply 1 into an arbitrary voltage by using the switch element, and outputs it, the switching power supply comprises a control circuit 3 which controls an oscillation frequency of the switch element, and is characterized in that: an oscillation frequency setting means 4 is connected to the control circuit; a current flowing to the oscillation frequency setting means is increased and decreased in inverse proportion to the increase and decrease of the output voltage; and the oscillation frequency is increased and decreased in proportion to the increase and decrease of the current.
