PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simultaneously use a fixed communication network and a mobile communication network by a common telephone number. SOLUTION: When the location of a mobile terminal 5 is registered in the mobile communication network 2, a fixed terminal 32 can be connected to the fixed communication network 1 via a main device 31 by the telephone number that is common to the mobile terminal 5. When the location of mobile terminal 5 is registered in the main device 31, the mobile terminal 5 can be alternatively connected to the fixed communication network 1 or the mobile communication network 2. In addition, the fixed terminal 32 can be alternatively connected to the mobile communication network 2 or the fixed communication network 1 via the main device 31 by the telephone number.
