PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an on-vehicle antenna device in which indirect feeding can be performed to a radiation conductor provided on a glass face of a vehicle and which achieves simple structure where water is hardly pooled in a housing. SOLUTION: The on-vehicle antenna apparatus 1 is provided with: the radiation conductor 2 directly patterned on the glass face 52 of the vehicle; a base plate 5 fixed to the glass face 52; a frame body 6 fixed to the base plate 5 by means of screws; a feeding board 7 and a circuit board 8 contained and held in the frame body 6; a connection small board 9 for electrically connecting both boards 7, 8; and a cover 10 covered to the frame body 6, and a pattern forming face 7a of the feeding board 7 is brought close and opposed to the glass face 52 to attain the indirect feeding. Notches 7c are provided at circumferential edges of the feeding board 7, and a drainage hole 21 and throughholes 19, 20 are provided in a side plate 6b arranged to a ground surface side of the sheet-metal-made frame body 6.
