PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To utilize a phenomenon of decomposition of a natural gas hydrate. SOLUTION: Water formed by decomposition of the natural gas hydrate 301 in an accommodation part 202 is stored in a water storage part 203. A digested gas obtained by an anaerobic treatment of sludge is sent under pressure from the outside and is introduced as a microbubble into the stored water. A carbon dioxide gas contained in the digested gas is efficiently trapped in water. Thus, the methane gas is purified to high purity inside the accommodation part 202. COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT
