PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an exhaust structure for a battery capable of appropriately discharging gas to the outside of a cabin in collision as well as in usual traveling with a simple structure. SOLUTION: An exhaust air passage 50 which communicates a hose 48 for exhaust with an external area 44 is formed by a rear floor pan 12, a rear floor cross member 24, and a member 26 for jack-up point, therefore, it is possible to eliminate a portion required to be sealed, and to completely restrain air leakage to the inside of the cabin 60. The rear floor cross member 24 and the member 26 for jack-up point are not structural members which directly receive load in rear end collision, therefore deformation amount can be restrained to the minimum at the time of rear end collision, thus preventing clogging of an exhaust hose 48 and an exhaust passage 50.
