PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a computer system for managing the band of a storage device corresponding to the attributes of the storage region in a computer system including a plurality of storage devices. SOLUTION: A storage system is provided with an interface for processing access from a computer to a storage area and a control part for controlling the allocation of the computer and the storage area. The management computer transmits a request for setting of a band to be accessed via an interface by the computer into the storage area to the storage system, and the control part sets the band as a ratio for processing access to the storage area in the storage system in the storage area according to the request from the management computer, and assigns the storage area whose band requested by the computer is set to the computer, and setting is performed so that the computer can access to the assigned storage area.
