PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce a job change time accompanying a change of a printing substrate or a screen plate, without lowering the accuracy of alignment of the printing substrate with the screen plate. SOLUTION: A laying position of a transparent substrate 6 and a disposing position of the screen plate 4 are detected by detecting a substrate-side mark for alignment and a plate-side mark for alignment at a rise position of a laying table 7. For this purpose, a camera 12 is provided to be movable up and down so that the tip portion of a lens-barrel 12b of the camera 12 is positioned inside a through hole 7a of the laying table 7, and the transparent substrate 6 and the screen plate 4 are aligned in position by interfacing the detected laying and disposing positions with each other.
