PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize the separation of suspended dust without the necessity to install a separate motor by fixing a high-pressure-side impeller and a low-pressure-side impeller, both with differing diameter, to a shaft inside the main body 1, and pressure-sending the suspended dust under mutual wind pressure difference at a rapidly rotating speed. SOLUTION: This continuous centrifugal separator is equipped with a drainage port 17 which drains water accumulated in a water reservoir chamber 12, formed in the main body 1 having a suction port 2/a discharge port 3 and the water reservoir chamber 12 arranged in the lower part. In addition, a drainage hole 18 is formed at the bottom of the water reservoir chamber 12, and the high-pressure-side impeller 4 and the low-pressure-side impeller 5 are fixed to the shaft 6 supported by bearings 7 and 8 and driven by a motor to rotate rapidly inside the main body 1. Further, cleaning water can be jetted by setting up a cleaning nozzle 16 near the top of the main body and the inlet of the high-pressure-side impeller. Besides, seals 9 and 10 are provided to check the inflow of open air from a shaft penetrating part or the leakage of a fluid from inside the main body 1, and the shaft 6 is rotated by the motor 14 through a shaft coupler 11 or driven by a belt etc. through a pulley etc. COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT
