An exercising device is provided to maintain the basic characteristics of a rope-skipping motion and to achieve effects of the rope-skipping motion while minimizing the side effects of the rope-skipping. The exercising device include an upper plate(40), a lower plate(80), an elastic member(S) and a damping member(D). The elastic member and the damping member are installed between the upper plate and the lower plate to absorb the shock of the jump motion of a user. The elastic member is an elastic spring, and the damping member is a support member that is constituted by including a cylinder member and a piston member that reciprocates between the cylinder member. An acupuncture member is formed on the upper surface of the upper plate.
