A device for generating a random number of an object-oriented OTP(ONE-TIME PASSWORD) is provided to minimize OTP issuance expenses and to perform electronic finance transaction with a plurality of banking facilities with a single OTP device by enabling the banking facility issuing the OTP device and other banking facilities to use the OTP device in common. An IC chip stores a public certificate and OTP random numbers for each banking facility. A memory is electrically connected to the IC chip, and stores an OTP random number generating module, a public certificate verifying module, a data transmitting module, and a fingerprint recognizing modification. A power supply unit supplies power to the IC chip and the memory. A connector is used for connecting the OTP device to a wired/wireless terminal. The OTP random number generating module generates the OTP random number from a plurality of random number generation objects selected by the user, and the random number generation object includes an OTP password and at least one value selected from an OTP PIN(Personal ID Number) number, a resident registration number, an account number, an account password, a certificate download number, a card number, an address, and a phone number.
