An apparatus for manufacturing a fiber reinforced plastic pipe is provided to improve shearing strength of the pipe by impregnating a roving with a resin and jointing a mat to the roving. An apparatus for manufacturing a fiber reinforced plastic pipe, includes a feeding unit(10), a molding unit(50), and a drying unit(40). The feeding unit includes a roving discharger and a mat discharger(16). The roving discharger guides a plurality of roving(12') compressed by a compressor(13) to a resin container(15) through a plurality of rollers(14), and discharges the roving impregnated with the resin in the resin container. The mat discharger is arranged to discharge a mat(17) to be jointed with the roving so as to improve shearing strength of the roving fed from the roving discharger. The molding unit includes a molding housing(53) and an extruder(18). The molding housing includes a plurality of molding rollers(57) having ends with plates(58). The molding housing has an inside with a center shaft(55). The plate of the molding roller and the center shaft are connected to a main body(54). The circle formed by the molding rollers has a diameter gradually decreasing toward the molding direction. The extruder discharges a releasing film(19) which is attached to an outer surface of the molding housing and has a top on which the mat and the roving are sequentially compressed. The drying unit includes a plurality of heaters(42) mounted on an outer surface of the molding housing so as to solidify a large tubular body.
