An apparatus for clamping a rolling bearing is provided to simplify the operation and to reduce manufacture man-hour by connecting and releasing a clamp jaw by rotation of a clamp cover. An apparatus for clamping a rolling bearing includes a clamp body(2), a clamp cover(4), a plurality of clamp jaws(80), a first link side(81), a second link side(82), a plunger(84), and a tightening device(C). The clamp body shaped like a ring has a plurality of receiving grooves(20). The clamp cover is connected to the top of the clamp body. The clamp jaws are inserted in the receiving groove and supported by a spring. The clamp jaws have a guidance groove to be hinged with being inserted by the first link side. The first link side is hinged by being inserted in the clamp jaw. A part of the second link side is hinged by the first link side and the other part of the second link side is hinged by the receiving groove of the clamp body. The plunger is connected to a connection shaft between the first and the second link sides. A plurality of tightening devices is installed in the clamp body.
