An exhausting apparatus of a vehicle with an exhaust balancer and an orifice pipe is provided to regulate pressure of exhaust gas automatically and to reduce accumulation of exhaust gas by reducing exhaust pressure and increasing the velocity of the exhaust gas passing through a muffler. In an exhaust system of a vehicle comprises an exhaust pipe guiding exhaust gas generated in an engine to the outside, a catalyst converter installed behind an exhaust manifold among the exhaust pipe, and a muffler installed at an end portion of the exhaust pipe to reduce noise, an exhausting apparatus comprises a muffler housing(41) divided into multiple chambers(46~48), an inlet pipe(42) and an outlet pipe(43) installed at each end of the muffler housing to let the exhaust gas in and out, respectively, an inner pipe(44,45) connected with each chamber, an orifice pipe(60) installed in front of the outlet pipe to increase the velocity of the exhaust gas by reducing a sectional area, and an exhaust balancer(32) installed in a path of the exhaust pipe connecting to the inlet pipe of the muffler to store the exhaust gas temporarily.
