A Masai crescent pad is provided to increase the walking exercise effects, to be used conveniently, to have a good design, to form a tough bottom sole having good wearing feelings and to achieve an angle suitable for walking. In the Masai crescent pad, a bottom sole has a crescent shape. An inner sole(3) above the bottom sole is made of a material having good elasticity and cushioning capacity. A conical hole(2) is formed in the middle of the inner sole. Fixing devices such as a gear band(4), a fastening buckle(5), a connection hook(6) and a fixing band are installed on an upper part of the inner sole to make the Masai crescent pad overlapped on an ordinary shoe. The bottom sole is made of a special material such as polyurethane and is made to have a proper thickness to reduce a manufacturing cost.
