A device and a method of forming a skin hole using a laser are provided to automate various skin operation processes performed by hand using a handpiece, and to enable an operator to perform a differential operation according to a patient's state by setting a treatment spot density of the laser and a energy level per pulse. A device of forming a skin hole using a laser includes: a power supply part; an input part for inputting a setting value for a patient's operation part and laser transmission; a central control part; a laser control part for generally controlling a laser output; a main laser emitting part for generating a laser for forming plural fine holes on a patient's skin; an optical part for generating a parallel light in outputting the laser; a region display laser emitting part; a shutter part for respectively converting the laser generated into the region display laser emitting part and the laser generated in the main laser emitting part according to a control status; a laser transmitting part for transmitting the lasers to the patient's skin; a region display DB; and a display part.
