A control device has a housing (12) with a piston (19) movably driven in a closed interior space (18) and to which is coupled a piston rod (27) movably driven out of the housing (12). At least one device (60) seals both cylinder chambers (33,34) and blocks the piston (19) so that inadvertent piston movement is prevented during drop-out of the supply voltage, and that at least one device (70) is provided for re-ventilation of both cylinder-chambers (33,34) during drop-out the pressure supply.
