A structure of a flush-mounting expansion fastening unit and a method for forming the same are provided to facilitate the manufacturing process of the flush-mounting expansion fastening unit. A method for forming a flush-mounting expansion fastening unit comprises the steps of defining a thread area, and forming at least one groove at a position in which a thread is molded. At least one inverse anchor(30) is formed through a pressing process when the slope of the product is defined. The thread is formed according to the required dimension thereof when a thread forming area is defined. The product has a slope angle of at least 1 degree when the slope of the product is defined. The thread area is U-shaped. The thread area is spirally formed. The product is obtained by cutting the material, and the manufacturing process is performed through a continuous press molding.
