A crushing drum and a crushing unit for smashing recycling burlap bags and a crushing device having the same are provided to rip the burlap bags easily by easily bringing the burlap bag into contact with a blade of the crushing drum. A crushing drum is composed of: a first crushing drum body unit(311) and a second crushing drum body unit having gear teeth formed on the inner peripheral surface of a hollow part; a shaft gear(200) disposed in the hollow part and provided with gear teeth formed on the outer peripheral surface; and a first idle gear(312) and a second idle gear for connecting the shaft gear and the first and second crushing drum body units. The first and second crushing drum bodies comprise first drum bodies(311-1,311-2) having a hollow part; second drum bodies enclosing the first drum bodies, wherein the inner peripheral surfaces of the second drum bodies are separated from the outer peripheral surfaces of the first drum bodies in a predetermined gap; a first fixing bar(313) and a second fixing bar connecting and fixing the outer peripheral surfaces of the first drum bodies and the inner peripheral surfaces of the second drum bodies; and first crushing blades(314) installed on the outer peripheral surfaces of the second drum bodies in the radial direction of the second drum body.
