A brake device for a vehicle is provided to increase braking friction applying to a brake pad through self-servo mechanism. In a brake device for a vehicle by pressurizing a brake pad installed inside a caliper(500) and braking a vehicle, the brake device comprises: the first cylinder(100) whose one open end is contacted to the brake pad; the second cylinder(200) fitted to form a predetermined space inside the first cylinder; and a lever(300) supported to be rotated inside the first cylinder and controlled by the brake pad. In the case of moving of the brake pad, the second cylinder pressurizes the brake pad due to rotation of the lever.
