NOZZLE BLOCK OF MOLD HAVING SINGLE CAVITY FOR MANUFACTURING RUBBER PRODUCTS

A nozzle block of single cavity mold for manufacturing rubber products is provided to improve productivity by increasing a temperature of inner/outer units of rubber solution to a temperature prior to vulcanization while the rubber solution passes through a middle nozzle block and a lower nozzle block via a material supply process and by saving time for final vulcanization in a cavity of mold. In a single cavity mold for manufacturing rubber product which includes a material supply unit to which rubber materials are inputted, a material filling path unit including a middle nozzle block(16) and a mold(10) having a single cavity(12) vulcanizing rubber solution and shaping a product made of rubber in a desired form, a nozzle block is formed, where a cross section of a rubber solution injection path(24a) concaved on a lower surface of the middle nozzle block of the material filling path unit enlarges a heat transmission size to rubber solution. In addition, the nozzle block is formed, where a heat transmission length is shortened to a rubber solution central portion passing through the rubber solution injection path.
