A blending oil that can be easily used in all seasons without facility investment for heat treatment by maintaining a liquid phase even at the room temperature or sub-zero temperature without applying additional heat, can be used even during the rainy season by increasing affinity with water, and can prevent secondary pollution due to oil is provided. A blending oil comprises 40 to 90 wt.% of glycerin or glycol compound, and 10 to 60 wt.% of alcohol that can dissolve the glycerin or glycol compound. The glycol compound is ethylene glycol, propylene glycol, diethylene glycol, triethylene glycol, dipropylene glycol, butylene glycol, or hexylene glycol. The blending oil further comprises 1 to 50 wt.% of waste refined edible oil, aromatic oil, animal or vegetable oil and fat, waste refined petroleum-based oil, or paraffin-based oil, and a surfactant. |
