An apparatus for discharging a sealer quantitatively is provided to allow a constant amount of a sealer to be supplied continuously to a sealer gun without additional time for charging a sealer, thereby simplifying working process and reducing cost. An apparatus(10) for discharging a sealer quantitatively comprises a housing(100) which is provided with an inlet and an outlet(130) at a body(110), a sealer transfer part and an axis installation part at the inside of the body, and a motor bracket(160) at one side; a power part(200) which comprises a submotor(210) installed at the motor bracket (wherein the upper end of the motor of the submotor penetrates the motor bracket); a screw which comprises a screw axis(310) combined with the axis installation part of the housing and having the upper end penetrating the housing, a screw wing formed in the direction of the lower part of the screw part and rotating at the transfer part of the housing, and a leakage prevention packing inserted into the screw axis and located at the lower part of the axis installation part to prevent the leakage of a sealer in the axis direction; a power transmission part(400) which comprises a motor pulley(410) installed at the motor axis(220) of the submotor and a screw pulley(420) installed at the upper end of the screw axis which are combined by a belt(430) to transmit the rotation of the submotor to the screw; a shut-off valve(500) which is combined with the inlet of the housing and is connected with a sealer supply pipe to turn on or off the supply of a sealer; and a control part which controls the power part and the shut-off valve. |
