A method for measuring front end supporting force and peripheral surface friction force of a pile at an original position, and a device thereof are provided to detect the peripheral surface friction force of each ground layer accurately. A method for measuring front end supporting force and peripheral surface friction force of a pile at an original position includes a step of detecting a structural condition of a ground layer at the original position of the pile; a step of moving a tester to the original position and setting the tester on the ground surface; a step of installing a test pile at pre-set target depth by selecting a forcible insertion method using a hydraulic cylinder or an installation method using a pile driver, according to a condition of the ground; a step of measuring the front end supporting force and the peripheral surface friction force according to a degree of subsidence for the test pile by detecting compressive force generated by applying load to a head portion of the test pile, by first and second load cells; and a step of detecting a displacement of a linear displacement generated by drawing the test pile, step by step and measuring the peripheral surface friction force of each ground layer. A device for measuring the front end supporting force and the peripheral surface friction force of the pile includes a drawing unit. The drawing unit is installed at a lower part of a frame to draw the test pile penetrated to the underground.
