An integrated circuit device and an electronic device are provided to drive data lines of a display panel based on data supplied from respective RAM blocks by controlling uniformly plural data line drive blocks. An integrated circuit device for driving a display panel having plural scan and data lines includes first and second data line drivers(100A,100B), and a display memory(200). The first and second data line drivers drive first and second data lines from the plural data lines, respectively. The display memory stores grayness data, which is supplied to the first and second data line drivers. The first and second data line drivers include plural first and second data line driving cells, respectively. The first and second data line drivers and the display memory are disposed in a first direction. The first and second data line driving cells are disposed in a second direction.
