A clamp is provided to permit the clamp to be stably fastened and easily separated if necessary, and use the clamp in the field of waveform cable protection pipe or in a fluid passage of manufacture of vehicles. A clamp includes a housing(10), and a pipe(40) is fitted into the housing and fastened by a clamping member(30). The clamping member is joined with a circular inner groove(13) of the housing and a circular outer groove(41) of the pipe, and separable from the housing in a tangential with respect to the circular inner and outer grooves through an opening(14). The clamping member is pre-assembled to the inner groove of the housing, and permits the pipe to be inserted into the housing in the position with elastic deflection such that the pipe is joined with the outer groove of the pipe. The clamping member contacts and encloses an edge at the position such that the clamping member is restricted from rotating in the housing.
