A temporary protection stand for a door of an electric railcar is provided to facilitate installation work for the temporary protection stand by using a coupling unit which includes male and female connectors formed at a strut in constant intervals. A temporary protection stand comprises a strut(301) and a protection curtain(320). The strut(301) includes a joint unit(330), which is folded and unfolded, and fixing lock units. The fixing lock units are installed at two sides of the joint unit(330) to fix the joint unit(330) when the joint unit(330) is unfolded. The protection curtain(320) is installed at the strut(301). Hooks are formed at the strut(301) in constant intervals. A coupling unit (310), which includes a female connector(310a) and a male connector(310b), is installed at the hooks.
