A double chamber spiral tuyere for blast furnaces is provided to maximize cooling efficiency by transferring cooling water to a front end of a tuyere and to reduce pressure loss by flowing cooling water in a single direction. A double chamber spiral tuyere for blast furnaces comprises a body chamber, a front chamber, and a tunnel. The body chamber comprises a body unit(100), a screw unit(200), and a cover unit(300) to have a body front passage(110) and a body passage at the body unit. The front chamber includes first, second, third, and fourth screw passages(210, 220, 230, 240) at the screw unit and the cover unit. The tunnel directly connects a supply port for cooling water at the screw unit and the cover unit, with the first screw passage.
