<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To effectively utilize exhaust loss which was not used and discarded in a conventional displacement type engine, and cooling loss which was discarded after cooling a high-temperature engine, so as to improve heat efficiency and output. <P>SOLUTION: The exhaust loss and cooling loss discharged from a displacement type heat insulation engine are recovered by an exhaust energy recovery device 9. The cooling loss is effectively utilized to give blowing power to a turbine 10, by jetting water, steam, or compressed air from a nozzle 5 attached to a side wall of a cylinder 2 of a displacement type heat insulation engine, and by cooling a cylinder inner wall at an exhaust stroke and generating overheated steam or inflated air. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
