PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make achievable efficient cooling or exhausting over a wide range in a image forming device by providing the device with a case member which almost covers the whole of a driving system formed of a driving belt and a cooling means cooling the interior of the case member and by constituting the cooling means so that the vicinity of the path of the driving belt is cooled by an air blowing means. SOLUTION: In this image forming device, the whole driving system formed of the driving belt 36 is almost covered by the case member 43 formed of a metal plate. An air intake opening is provided in a position corresponding to a path of the driving belt 36 in the case member 43 and a duct 45 provided with a air blowing fan 44 that is the cooling means is supported corresponding to the air intake opening 43a. When the driving belt 36 is driven, the cooled air fed from outside the device by the air blowing fan 44 is fed inside the case member 43 from the air intake opening and is carried on the driving belt 36. This cooled air is utilized to cool each part by being carried to each part inside the case member 43 along the path of the driving belt while being attracted to the driving belt 36. |
