<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a protective bag and protector for an occupant's head and a vehicle therewith, capable of fully protecting an occupant at the time of a side impact or the like. <P>SOLUTION: The protective bag 1 is provided with a tube portion 7 running along an upper side portion and a curtain portion 8 which is continuous to the tube portion 7 and deployable underneath the tube portion 7. The tube portion 7 has an L-shaped swelling deployment form where an intermediate portion (a portion near B pillar) in the longitudinal direction is the highest and gradually lowers backward and forward with the protective bag 1 inflated. In the tube portion 7, a knitted cylinder 11 is stored which extends almost over the whole range in the tube portion 7 in the longitudinal direction.
