A dispersion adjuvant for metal nanoparticles is provided to improve dispersion of metal nanoparticles in solvent by a dispersing agent and suppress cohesion among metal particles. A dispersion adjuvant for metal nanoparticles is formed of an amide derivative represented by the following chemical formula 1 or formula 2. In the formula 1, each of R^1-R^7 is independently -H, -F, -Cl, -Br, -I, -OH, -SH, -COOH, -PO3H2, -NH2, -O(CH2CH2O)mH, C1-12 alkyl, C1-12 aminoalkyl, C1-12 hydroxyalkyl, C1-12 haloalkyl, C6-18 aryl, C6-18 aminoaryl, C6-18 hydroxyaryl, C6-18 haloaryl, C7-18 benzyl, C7-18 aminobenzyl, C7-18 hydroxybenzyl, or C7-18 halobenzyl, and each of m and n is independently an integer of 1-5. In the chemical formula 2, each of R^8-R^10 is independently -H, -OH, -SH, -COOH, -PO3H2, -NH2, -O(CH2CH2O)mH, C1-12 alkyl, C1-12 aminoalkyl, C1-12 hydroxyalkyl, C1-12 haloalkyl, C2-12 alkenyl, C6-18 aryl, C6-18 aminoaryl, C6-18 hydroxyaryl, C6-18 haloaryl, C7-18 benzyl, C7-18 aminobenzyl, C7-18 hydroxybenzyl, or C7-18 halobenzyl, and m is an integer of 1-5.
