摘要

A semiconductor device carrier is provided to prevent a semiconductor device from being released from the carrier in transporting by stably supporting the semiconductor device with a base member. A semiconductor device carrier includes a body(110) having a through-hole receiving a semiconductor device(130), and a base member(120) installed on a lower end of the through-hole for supporting the semiconductor device. The base member has plural conductive portions spaced apart from a contact terminal(132) of the semiconductor device, and a connecting portion supporting the conductive portion in electrically insulating state. An upper end of the conductive portion comes in contact with the contact terminal.
