An ATF(Automatic Transmission Fluid) leveling device for an automatic transmission completion tester is provided to minimize a temperature difference of an ATF and to improve operational reliability by measuring internal temperature of an automatic transmission in an operating state thereof. An ATF leveling device includes a final completion tester, an ATF supply interception unit, and an ATF absorbing unit(18). The ATF supply interception unit is disposed at an end of one side of a lower plate of the final completion tester in order to intercept a supply of ATF to an automatic transmission loaded on the lower plate. The ATF absorbing unit is installed at an upper frame which is installed at an upper side from the lower plate of the final completion tester. The ATF absorbing unit absorbs the ATF from the inside of the automatic transmission according to internal temperature of the automatic transmission in order to maintain constantly an ATF level of the automatic transmission.
