<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of repairing a partially damaged ceramic sintered compact in a very short period of time without changing most of the property. <P>SOLUTION: The method of repairing the ceramic sintered compact is implemented by filling paste containing ceramic powder into the damaged part of the partially damaged ceramic sintered compact, heating the paste by the irradiation with electromagnetic wave, and sintering the ceramic powder. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
