<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent malfunction of a shift register circuit to improve operation reliability of the circuit without using a special drive control device. <P>SOLUTION: A unit shift register circuit SR has a transistor Q1 connected between an output terminal OUT and a clock terminal CK, and a transistor Q2 connected between the output terminal OUT and a first power terminal s1. A transistor Q8, which acts as a MOS capacitive element, is provided between the clock terminal CK and the gate of the transistor Q2.
