<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical laminate preventing interfacial reflection and an interference fringe, suppressed in the shrink wrinkles of a light transmitting resin base material, enhanced in visibility, suppressed in curling while having sufficient scratch resistance and excellent in the adhesion between the light transmitting resin base material and a hard coat layer, and its manufacturing method. <P>SOLUTION: The optical laminate is constituted by providing the hard coat layer on the light transmitting resin base material. The hard coat layer comprises a cured layer containing a resin (1) having a weight average molecular weight of 1,000-100,000 and containing at least two radical polymerizable functional groups and a resin (2) having a weight average molecular weight of 100-1,000 and containing at least one cation polymerizable functional group.
