<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To produce an electromagnetic wave shield layer exhibiting high electromagnetic wave shielding properties and excellent external light shading properties in which the electromagnetic wave shield layer of an optical filter for display also serves as an external light shading layer by an inexpensive production method based on saving resources. <P>SOLUTION: A metal plating laminate 5 also serving as a light shading layer is produced by forming a mesh pattern 3 of a conductive metal on one side of a transparent substrate 2, coating the entire surface on the upper side of the mesh pattern 3 with a negative photosensitive resin composition 8, exposing the negative photosensitive resin composition 8 from the opposite side of the transparent substrate 2 using the mesh pattern 3 as an exposure mask, removing the negative photosensitive resin composition 8 on the mesh pattern 3 not exposed and solidifying the residues, and laminating a plating layer 4 on the mesh pattern 3 using the solidified negative photosensitive resin composition 6 as a pattern frame. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
