<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical fiber distribution type temperature measuring apparatus which achieves reduction in measurement time and improvement in measurement accuracy. <P>SOLUTION: The optical fiber distribution type temperature measuring apparatus comprises a pulse light source, a wavelength demultiplexer for demultiplexing Raman-backscattered light, which returns from an optical fiber into Stokes light and anti-Stokes light, a first light-receiving section for converting the Stokes light into electrical signal, a second light-receiving section for converting the anti-Stokes light into electrical signal, a first sampling section, a second sampling section, and an arithmetic control section for calculating temperature using first data sampled by the first sampling section, under the condition of spontaneous Raman scattered light be measured and second data sampled by the second sampling section, under the condition of stimulated Raman scattered light be measured. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT</p> |
