PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wireless base station apparatus capable of reducing interference to other cells even when the installation place of a compact wireless base station apparatus is changed. SOLUTION: A power measuring part 14 notifies a propagation loss measuring part 15 of a reference signal receiving power value calculated from a received reference signal. The propagation loss measuring part 15 calculates a propagation loss value from a difference between the reference signal transmission power value and the reference signal receiving power value notified from the power measuring part 14, recognizes a propagation state between base stations from the propagation loss value and notifies a power control part 12 of the calculated propagation loss value. The power control part 12 controls a transmission power value so as to increase a reference interference power allowable value only by the notified propagation loss value. COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT
